• You will have round trip transfers from central hotels or adresses in Curitiba from 7 am. If you prefer, you can go directly to the Rail Station by your own. Let us know where you will be staying or book your hotel with us! 
• Make one of the most famous rail tours in the world from Curitiba to Morretes in the cabin class! There are 7 separate cabins with different snacks and unlimited drinks. Train departure at 8:30 am and estimated time of arrival at 12:30 pm. 
• Regional lunch in Morretes or Antonina: “barreado”: ​​beef stew served with rice, cassava flour and bananas, salad, fish and shrimp, all separately. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know when booking.
• Walk by Morretes and then visit Antonina by van. They are two historic cities with houses and typical products, such as cachaça, banana candy and local handicrafts.
• Return to Curitiba by van or mini-bus via Estrada da Graciosa or BR-277, depending on weather conditions and the highway. Arrival scheduled at 5:30 pm.

ABOUT THE CABIN CLASS 🚃 

6 cabins that accommodate up to 4 people each and 1 cabin that accommodates 2 people. A privilege for up to 26 people! The cabins have a central table, which makes them very practical for families. The cabins are charming and reminiscent of old passenger trains shown in films like Harry Potter, for example.

The windows can be opened and there is a bathroom in the carriage. The cabin for two people is a space adapted for wheelchair users and has benches on one side only, facing away from the landscape. The trip includes the accompaniment of a guide who tells all the history and curiosities of the railway. The on-board service includes snacks and drinks (water, soft drinks and unlimited beer).

Normal departure time: vans pick up between 7:00 and 7:45 in centrally located hotels in Curitiba. Be ready at 7:00,please. Tour end: in Curitiba about 17:00 to 17:30.

Return via Estrada da Graciosa or BR-277, depending on weather and road conditions.

This tour is fully operated by Serra Verde Express. Depending on the opening hours and traffic, the guide might or might not stop at a bananas candy shop and at Estrada da Graciosa. Ask the guide for details in the tour day. 

Are you traveling with kids or teenagers? Brazilian law demands that you bring original documents. In case of foreigners, please bring passport. For Brazilian citizens: kids up to 12 years old are allowed to travel with birth certificates. For elder children and teenagers, ID or passport are accepted. Children up to 16 years old are allowed to travel only with parents or documented travel guardians. Avold problems and bring the correct documents to board.
